Step One: The Prelude

Step Two: The Build-Up

Our team gets to work developing a tailored creative plan based on your Project Breif. You’ll review the proposed direction with our Head Director and have the chance to fine-tune everything before we roll.

Step Three: The Action

Lights, cameras, action: your vision comes to life! We'll work together on the logistics and production schedule while our crew captures stunning footage with efficiency and precision.

Step Four: Closing In

We edit your project with the same cinematic detail we bring to our films. Once a first cut is ready, you’ll review it and request any needed changes.

Step Five: The Finale

After your final approval, we deliver a high-resolution downloadable file and send the invoice. No charges are made until you’re 100% satisfied.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many revisions do I get?

Three free revisions on every milestone (rough cut, fine cut, color/VFX). After that, you can request more at a nominal fee.

What formats do you deliver?

HD .mov (H.264) by default. 4K, alternate aspect ratios, super-quality DNxHR, or physical SSD delivery are all available as add-ons. Just circle the options on your Project Brief.

Can I cancel?

Yes. You only pay for work already performed; see Section 7 of the Contract for details.

Head Director

James Ingalls leads all creative direction at Tape 30 Media, bringing Emmy-nominated expertise to every project. His production background includes work with international brands like Beam Suntory, Lennox International, and the Emmy Awards through award-winning studios. A DePaul University film graduate with extensive sound stage experience, James ensures your vision is executed with professional excellence and creative precision.

Allan Velez

Head Producer

Allan oversees the business aspects of all projects at Tape 30 Media. A Cleveland native with a BS in Business Administration in Marketing from John Carroll University, he brings valuable experience from Social Growth LA, E3 Vehicles, and the Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District. His formal film production training from Cuyahoga Community College complements his producer role, while his work with major productions like Cherry (2019) and Superman: Legacy ensures your project receives professional management from concept to completion.
